At Safe Simple Secure, we want to keep our pricing structure transparent and affordable. If you require any additional work to your security system, we will inform you of any costs prior to work being undertaken.
We have provided a brief outline of our home security and commercial security prices below. New installations are subject to a free property survey to ensure that the product is to your requirements.
Our Burglar Alarm, Fire System and CCTV Installation Cost
We can provide you with a survey of your property for those looking for a new home CCTV system, burglar alarm system or fire and smoke alarm system. Your free quotation will be sent to you by email within a few days.
These surveys are also available for those looking for a commercial CCTV system, burglar alarm system or fire and smoke detector system.
Entry System Prices
We charge £45.00 +VAT to undertake a site survey of your property and for a price quote to be sent to you by email. The initial £45.00 is then deducted from any work that is undertaken thereafter.
Entry System Handset Replacement Prices
For supplying and installing a handset for a home door entry system, we charge a standard £120.00 +VAT. We ask that our customers send us a photo of their current entry system handset so we can provide you with a new, compatible replacement.
Repairs and Call-Out Charges
For all security system repairs, we charge a standard £75.00 +VAT to repair any faults, breakages or damages if you are not under a maintenance contract, or it is a non-standard fault.
Alarm Servicing Prices
We offer an annual fee for our ‘bells-only’ maintenance at £80.00 +VAT. The price includes a service of your alarm system, and 12 months cover for any engineer call-outs. Batteries and parts are additional. Payments can be made in full for the first year by direct debit with the option to pay monthly after 12 months.
Monitored Alarm Prices
Our annual fee for our home monitored alarm service and our commercial monitored alarm service starts from as little as £160.00 +VAT. The price includes a service of your alarm system, and 12 months cover for any engineer call-outs. Batteries and parts are additional. Payment can be made in full for the first year by direct debit with the option to pay monthly after 12 months.
The terms for our payments require a 50% deposit up front 7-days prior to the installation with the balance due on completion.
We accept payments directly into our bank by cheque, cash or card (Subject to a fee). We can also take payments for installations by direct debit on completion of a mandate.
